If you would like to return a product, please note that Delta 9 Hydroponics will only accept new and/or unused items. Delta 9 Hydroponics will not accept a returned product if the item has been previously opened. It is best to inspect each item’s packaging and labelling carefully before opening to be certain that you received the correct product. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, software, manuals, cables, components, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and Delta 9 Hydroponics is not responsible for the cost of shipping an item back for return.

Your Returns Form must be sent back with the item that is been returned with in 30days of delivery.
Once a return has been delivered to Delta 9 Hydroponics and inspected, you will either receive a new item, in-store credit or a refund to your credit/debit card used for the original purchase. It generally takes credit card companies 2 to 3 business days after your refund is issued to process the transaction and make the funds available.
If your product has a manufacturing defect please post back to Delta 9 Hydroponics within 30 days of delivery with a Return Form using standard delivery and Delta 9 Hydroponics will refund the postage cost incurred when goods are back with us and been inspected. Or simply contact us so we can work together toward a speedy resolution.
Incomplete or unauthorised returns will be refused; any deviation from the Returns Policy out lined above may result in a delay of refund and/or a declination of your returned item.
