Delta 9 Hydroponics has - main categories for delivery charges based on size and weight of products.
* Our delivery company insurance does NOT cover glass, all deliveries are packed for safe shipping to reduce the chance of damage, Delta 9 Hydroponics will not be responsible for breakages.
*Should your order weigh more than 25 kilos, we will notify you immediately of any surcharge.*
All goods are insured in transit. Damaged or missing goods should be signed for on the couriers delivery slip as 'damaged' so where possible please check all goods prior to signing for them. Should your order arrive damaged, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can deal with the issue as quickly as possible.
We will normally process your order within 1-2 days and then dispatch your order on a Next Day delivery service. We will contact you via email/phone to notify you that your order has been dispatched and of the day you should receive your order. All products shipped to you will be in plain unmarked packaging.

Currently we offer a mainland UK only shopping and delivery service.
We do not Deliver to the Isle of Man, Ireland and some parts of Scotland.
Any orders placed will be refunded and an email sent to inform you.
