In addition to quickly heating up your grow space, the ora 2kw Fan Heater is also great for keeping the temperature stable when outdoor conditions aren’t working in your favour. There are two dials for controlling the fan heater’s output. The first dial controls the fan’s power. It has one fan and three heat settings – the first setting is for fan power only, meaning this fan can be used to circulate air. The second and third settings are 900w and 1300w respectfully, providing gentle heating and air circulation. The most powerful setting is 2000w, perfect for quickly heating the coldest environments. The three heat settings are designed to keep power consumption low when running the fan at lower temperatures. The second dial controls the internal thermostat from low to high.
The PTC heating element has a thermostatic cut out feature which will automatically switch off the fan when it has reached your desired temperature. This safety feature reduces the risk of overheating, short-circuiting, and fire.
The fan heater’s simple design allows for fast action plug and play. To get started, attach the base using the mounting screws on each side of the fan’s body. Place the fan heater on a flat, non-flammable surface. Adjust the fan’s body so that the heating element is not facing the floor nor covered, plug in and switch on. To get the most out of your ora Fan Heater, we recommend using it with a controller from Global Air Supplies such as the Enviro4 or the Day and Night Heater Controller.
This fan is designed to be the perfect size for grow spaces on the smaller side.
